NEW MERGED PENNSYLVANIA STATE USBC BOARD ELECTED

March 11, 2018

In Harrisburg, PA on March 10th, 133 delegates from all around the Pennsylvania Bowling Associations, Women’s Bowling Associations and Youth Association met to organize, vote on new Bylaws and a new Board of Directors for the merged Pennsylvania State USBC Association that begin operations on August 1, 2018.

In Harrisburg representing Southeast PA USBC were four delegates. They were John Rux (Vice President of Southeast PA USBC), Scott Michaud (Association Manager of Southeast PA USBC), Nicole Michaud (Member) and Joseph Fiorino (Member). The meeting lasted for over 6 hours with 13 Bylaws Amendments considered and over 38 candidates for just 25 board seats on the newly formed board.

John Rux decided at the meeting to run from the floor for a term as a Director on the new board and was voted for a one year term. We are excited to have one of our board members represent Southeast PA USBC on the State Association level.

Below is a picture of the entire new board of directors. Good luck to them all as they work to bring the state association together!!
